We moved to Sterling, VA about three years ago, and conveniently, my husband was already going to Broadlands Complete Dental. Since it was so close, he suggested I join as well so we could go to the same dentist.nnWhen I first started, I transferred all of my dental records from my previous provider and scheduled my initial visits. During my early appointments, I was interested in Invisalign and had discussions with the team about financing options. There was a significant misunderstanding regarding 0% financing, I specifically asked about it and believed that was what was being offered, but later found out at checkout that it was not the case. When I addressed it, the interaction at the front desk was not the most pleasant, and that experience almost made me not return.nnHowever, I decided to give the practice another chance because the doctors and clinical staff were genuinely great. I’ve been seeing Dr. Park and Dr. Lee, and they are both very professional and knowledgeable. The assistants I’ve worked with, especially Matilda and Carla, have also been wonderful, kind, attentive, and great at what they do.nnAt one point, I left private feedback about the front desk experience, and I do want to recognize that there has been a noticeable improvement since then. The reception team is now much more polite, and aligned with the level of service you would expect.nnOverall, my experience has been very positive. Scheduling is smooth, I always receive reminders, and I’ve never had issues with insurance or follow-through. The team is efficient, professional, and clearly cares about their patients.nnBecause of that improvement and the consistency in care, I’m happy to give them five stars and would definitely recommend Broadlands Complete Dental.

Amazing Dentist with very nice and supportive staff! This is one of the few dentists that actually listen to their patients and work with them to accommodate their needs! I will definitely only be using them going forwards! They are kind and patient and work quickly while also explaining themselves clearly! Best Dental Practice in the area by far!

Dr. Park’s reservoir of patience and caring is incredibly deep. We are thankful that he is taking such great care of our mom and her full denture process. The assistants have all also been so calm, knowledgeable, and kind.

I've been with this practice for about 10 years. I've always been treated well and I've always felt safe and comfortable. I would like to give a shout out to Gabrielle from today! She was SO patient and calm with me. She took extra steps to let me take tiny breaks to suction out my mouth so I didn't feel like I was drowning. I highly recommend her and will ask for her from now on. Thanks to all of Dr. Parks staff. Ya'll ROCK!

Niha (dental hygienist) has done deep cleaning and regular cleaning for me. She does great work, is patient and answers all my questions. No pain during or after her work is done. I will continue to request her for future cleanings!!!
