Awesome experience. I suffer from terrible anxiety from a few unpleasant dental places in the past. Yesterday was awesome from check in to check out. Polite,gentle and explained everything they were doing. My experience on Tuesday (1/20/26), has been like most of my other visits, great! Kelley (hygienist) was amazing in many ways. She explained every aspect of my visit as she performed her duties. She has great communication skills and patient rapport. Dr. Williams was great, as well. She is always nice and concerned about her patients.

From the moment I stepped in the door, they were inviting and welcoming. They took the time to listen and respond with the best possible solution to my problem. I was coming from somewhere that were more interested in charging my insurance, instead of helping me. I’m so thankful for being referred to Carnes Crossing Dental and now my daughter and I have a new dental home. Once again I want to say thank you to all the lovely ladies that cared for me on yesterday….. See you again soon!!!

If you haven't visited the dentist in awhile I recommend Carnes Crossroads Dental. The office is beautiful and clean. I had a great experience with my DMD Melanie she was gentle, professional and very informative. She did a great job on my teeth. Very Satisfied.

It's always late in the evening when a tooth decides to act up. This is while every dentist and office is closed. Did you know I called the office at 7pm on Tuesday and was sitting in the dental chair 10am on Wednesday morning? As a person that despises dentists I felt comfortable, like I was in good hands. Guess what? I was. Would definitely recommend.
