They are really patient and good with children, showed and explained everything very thoroughly before doing anything. Everyone there is always really nice and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say about Carterville Dental Center. They are amazing!

Jennifer was so kind and considerate. I told her I was pregnant at the beginning and she continued a steady conversation from that point on. Checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. She was so extremely positive which made the experience so much easier. She was willing to go over and beyond to help me with another situation which I had pretty much accepted I was out the money from. She gave me brochures and made sure they had a phone number to contact the company about.nnI had an amazing experience.nnI will say my only complaint was that this is my second st that I haven’t received a toothbrush which is just kind of a bummer for me. I feel like a dental office should provide the toothbrush if they are going to give you toothpaste and floss.

Dr. Kimbrough and the amazing staff at Carterville Dental Center always make me feel comfortable and cared for. I used to be anxious about dental visits, but now I actually look forward to them thanks to their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend!

I loved how they explain exactly what they are doing and there are no hidden fees. They go over bill prior to work getting done. My teethe feel and look amazing after my cleaning They are all ever professional and courteous. 10 out of 10 I recommend!

Every person I encountered from checking in, the sweet girl who did my x-rays, the Dental assistant, and the dentist himself. All very kind and professional. And the girl who takes care of billing and insurance? They are the only Dental clinic I found that takes my Medicare Advantage Dental insurance. She explained a few challenges she was having with rate schedules. But I left confident, that although getting approval for what I need done might take a couple weeks. I left confident that everything would work out and I can get all my work done under the $3000 Dental allowance in my plan. I went to this dental clinic back in 2012 and hadn't gone back because I did not like the dentist they had at that time. But the dentist they have now has a much more attentive and caring demeanor. I am looking forward to getting this long delayed Dental work finally taken care of 🙏
