I had a great experience during my dental cleaning. Although my usual dental hygienist, Aisha, was out of the office, the entire team stepped in seamlessly. From the front desk check-in to the dental chair, everyone worked together as one unit to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for.nnThey also took the time to thoroughly evaluate a tooth that may need a root canal in the future and clearly explained the next steps, which gave me confidence in my treatment plan.nnI especially appreciated that they counseled me on using my VA dental benefits instead of my personal insurance for any future procedures. They took the time to explain my options and helped me understand how to make the most of the benefits I’ve earned. That level of care and attention really stood out.nnI highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate dental care. It’s clear that everyone—from the front office staff to the clinical team—works together to provide outstanding patient care, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.

HUGE shout-out to the staff for always being so kind. I have severe crippling anxiety and the dentist is one of the worst places for me. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so understanding. Doc will put you right at ease and walk you through step by step what needs to happen.nnI have a service dog and have had horrible experiences at places with how people treat me bc of him. Everyone at this office loves him and makes me feel so welcome with him. They never make me feel bad about him being there and are incredibly accommodating.nnHighly recommend this office ♥️

From Brenda in the lobby, Aisha in the dental chair for cleanings/regular check ups and Dr.K. Everyone is super sweet! They do a wonderful job! I will travel as many miles needed to be seen by a lovely team :) Aisha is the reason we stay with Carus Dental, if she’s happy and comfortable with the team, we know we can take her word and will have a good experience (this is coming from someone who was scared to see a dentist).
