Carly was the best hygienist ever! So skilled and experienced. She made my cleaning completely pain free. So pleasant to chat with too.nnDr. Tharp is super nice and extremely qualified. In the first visit, she immediately identified my primary dental issue (same issue my previous and long term dentist had identified) and clearly explained the concern and my options. Awesome!nnThe office has a comfortable vibe. I got the feeling everyone working there is part of one big family.nnOne recommendation,... bring a sweater or jacket, it's cool in there.

Jess is amazing-so meticulous in her work, patient, and explains each step of the visit. It is so wonderful to be back with Dr. Tharpe-she also explains all options with positive and potential outcomes. What an awesome team!

Dr. Tharp is a phenomenal dentist!!!! She developed a preventive plan that has eliminated frequent emergency dental visits. Now I just get normal cleanings every 6 months. Dr. Tharp is kind, thorough, intelligent, and particular in the best ways to improve smiles and overall dental health. THANK GOODNESS I became her patient almost 20 years ago! She saved my smile!

I’ve spent my entire adulthood searching for a dentist like Dr. Jennifer Tharp! She is compassionate, gentle, non-judgmental, a great listener, and a fantastic communicator. One can instantly discern a high level of confidence once she starts interacting with you. Dr Tharp knows her stuff! She takes the time to create a treatment plan that’s truly individualized and tailored to your needs. There’s absolutely no upselling, just genuine care. Her dental assistants are just as wonderful and work seamlessly alongside her.nnThat said, I did want to share one small piece of feedback. When I was presented with the treatment plan and cost breakdown, aside from being asked whether I had insurance, there was no discussion of any additional payment options. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but since then, I’ve learned (through friends and social media) that many dental offices will proactively offer payment plans or financing options during that stage. I wasn’t aware that those existed, and it would have been helpful to have had that conversation upfront, especially for someone like me who may be a bit out of touch with what’s typically available.nThis doesn’t change how I feel about Dr. Tharp or her team at all, they are truly exceptional. She better not change offices but if she does I WILL follow her! I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes it might help make the experience even better for future patients.
