Just had my first/ new patient visit. The office is decorated nicely and very well maintained. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. My wait time was minimal, but they checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable at all times, pointed out the amenities and kept me informed. They explained everything thoroughly and step by step without my having to ask. All of my questions were answered in detail and they discussed options with me to suit my preferences and to come up with a treatment plan I was comfortable with. I look forward to going back to work with them on my Oral health goals.

The introduction was pleasant and professional walking thru the door. (Check) When my name was called I was called by the name that asked to be called. (Check). Roslyn introduced herself she was pleasant and explained the process for my appt. X rays etc...(Check). When Dr. King came in she informed of who she was and proceeded with her examination. After the exam Dr. King gave me her findings and gave me options. Dr. King is very pleasant and soft spoken on that note it was easy to make the decision on what I wanted done. I can honestly say she was calm through the process and attentive to weather I was ok during the treatment. I greatly appreciated that.(Check). After Dr. King finished and I was getting ready to exit Roslyn gave me the post operative instructions on the do's and don't while there and in written form. When I checked out Lakeisha gave me my paperwork and took out the time explained any questions I had. (Check). I am very impressed with services rendered. In my opinion I will refer others to come for a visit to Coddle Creek Dentistry.nFive checks equal 5 Stars 🤩

Truly the best place for dental care. As someone with major dental anxiety, I have never felt judged by anyone working here. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfy throughout the entire appointment everytime. Even if that means they have to slow down or use different tools. They truly accommodate for the patients comfort. I couldn’t be more thankful to have found this place. I am not surprised at the kindness and respect that was shown to me by the staff in this office.Such genuine commitment to make each person feel important and VISIBLE has not been lost within the walls of this office. First visit, everyone was pleasant and helpful. They explained everything they were going to do step by step so I felt comfortable. That's important to me. They didn't pressure me into doing anything extra. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office.
