After a horrible experience at another dental clinic, I was nervous about trying somewhere new. I found Copperfield Crossing Dental, and honestly. BEST decision ever. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The front office team was friendly and made check-in super easy. The dental assistant who helped me, Violeta, was amazing she made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. The dentist was truly the cherry on top. He didn’t try to push any unnecessary procedures. He told me exactly what I needed (and why), walked me through the treatment plan in detail, and answered all my questions without rushing me. I left feeling informed, relieved, and genuinely taken care of. I can confidently say this clinic values honesty, professionalism, and patient comfort. I had gone to another dentist for years until he moved his practice to Sugarland. I tried another place before this one and was very disappointed despite great reviews online. This was my first time here and I absolutely love this place! Everyone was both kind and professional from the front office ladies to the hygienist, to the dentist who saw me last. Sarah was my dental hygienist and she was amazing! I asked for numbing cream because my teeth are super sensitive and it is too painful during cleanings and she did not forget. She walked me through every step, was informative without being too judgy, and was very careful and thorough during my cleaning. So happy I finally found my new dental office!
