Dr.Patel was very professional, kind and gentle. He made sure I had the sedation I needed to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure. His assistant was great also. The office staff was professional, nice, and very helpful as well. I was impressed with the way everyone worked together. Thank you to Dr. Patel and your staff for making my visit a pleasant one.

Went to Crosspoint Family Dental Care for the first time yesterday. I was so impressed from the beginning. I was able to schedule my appt on their website and complete my new patient paperwork thru their confidential online portal. When I arrived to the office, I was greeted by friendly staff with a smile, got checked in and was in the chair in minutes for my assessment, X-rays and cleaning. The DA was amazing, very professional and walked me thru every thing she was doing. They have state of the art dental equipment. Dr. Patel then came in and introduced himself and completed my service. I am so happy I have a new dental family and look forward to my entire family joining. I highly recommend Crosspoint Family Dental Care.

The moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and had 0 wait time even though I arrived quite a while before my appointment time.nnThe staff were all kind and explained each part of the procedure and what they were doing and explaining their findings as we went. The Dr explained what options were going to be available and what would work well for me and what might be the best working with my insurance.nnI cannot stress enough how pleased I was with this office. Gold stars all around.nnAfter coming back a few times to do the prep work for my dentures. The staff have still always been nothing short of amazing. So happy my friend recommended them to me. I would still recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist.
