I had my first visit for a cleaning and Natalia took amazing care of me. She was incredibly patient, took her time explaining each step of the process and made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. I live over an hour away from here but I will definitely be coming back for my dental care. The whole team was professional, friendly and made the experience great. Highly recommend

I just had my first visit for a full exam and cleaning and am very pleased. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything, including cost prior to performing any services. Dr. Cheng and my hygienist Dayanna were very patient when answering my questions. They both explained things very well and honestly. Both were personable and pleasant. The office and waiting area are clean, modern, and comfortable. They even gave me a nice folder to keep my paperwork in. My mom had an appointment at the same time as mine. The office staff let me see her before she had an emergency extraction and kept me updated. Top notch customer service. Keep up the great work, this new office will be very successful. Great job! I came in today for a more emergent situation- a bridge broken beyond repair. Dr Cheng was straightforward about my limited options but very respectful of my current budget for implants and also my need for sedation- offering a referral to an oral surgeon for the extractions. Luciana is one of the kindest people that I have ever met, she did a fantastic job of keeping me calm, and was just a joy to speak with.
