I had a wonderful experience at Cosby Village Dental Care in Virginia. I visited yesterday for an exam and cleaning, and from start to finish everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, and I truly felt at ease throughout my visit. The office itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, which immediately gave me confidence in the quality of care I was about to receive. The women at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress free. My dental exam and cleaning were thorough and comfortable, and I appreciated how the dentist and hygienist took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I felt completely comfortable. I would highly recommend Cosby Village Dental Care to anyone looking for outstanding dental service in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. They exceeded my expectations, and I am happy to say that I have found my new dental home.

The reception staff is great and always friendly and works diligently to book appointments that are accommodating to you, but not a year out. The check in process is quick and painless. The Dental Technicians are very knowledge and proficient in their duties, they take care of the preparation work with skill and care. Lastly, Dr. Vaughn is the best dentist I’ve ever had!!! He knows his craft and is always teaching and educating his team on procedures and techniques. This is the first time that I have no issues visiting my dentist.

My daughter needed several cavities filled and has a lot of dental anxiety. We saw Dr. Patel for the work that was needed, and she was AMAZING! She was kind and patient and always checked in with my daughter to ensure she was ok. She has a wonderful demeanor and presence. She also called us a couple of days after the procedure to see how my daughter is doing. I cannot recommend her more highly. Thank you, Dr. Patel!

My husband needed an emergency appointment and several other local dentist had an appointments weeks out. Cosby scheduled an appointment that week with Dr. Patel. My husband ended up needing an extraction. Dr. Patel provided him with an excellent explanation and extracted the tooth. She did refer him for surgical extractions that were impacted and therefore requiring a surgical dentist but those were not immediate concerns. She called my husband the next morning to check on him and two weeks later again. He was so pleased with her thoughtfulness that the whole family switched over to this practice. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this DDS! You have a real gem working for you.
