I was pleasantly surprised at how well the entire experience went, with the cleaning and exam. It started with a 15 minute front desk discussion prior to accepting them as my “tooth place”, because I had been poorly cared for at a previous facility, and did not want a repeat at whatever new place I chose.nnCarmen was the hygienist (tooth cleaner). She handled both the work part and the explanation of each area like the professional she is, with an excellent manner and confident hands. Julie was the doctor who examined me. Also a pleasant surprise. Great manner and excellent communication of different “mouth” possibilities (I don’t need much, but it’s good to know things that need addressing).nnLena handled the “before and after” from the front desk. Despite my initial concerns, she never wavered in her presentation of the great experience I would (and did!) receive if I allowed the appointment to proceed.nnI’m glad I did 😊

The staff at Dental Care at Estrella Crossroads is incredible! My elderly father (who has dementia) was cared for today by Carmen, dental hygienist, and Dr. Julie in the most loving, patient and gentle way. The entire staff, including Lena, Kelly, Margarita and others went above and beyond to take excellent care of my dad. My sister brought my dad to the appointment with me and both of us were highly impressed with the kind and thorough care that our dad received. Thank you to all the dental staff who made us feel very cared about and like family! 😊

What an amazing staff and specialized care! I took my dad, who has dementia, to this dental office for an extensive teeth cleaning. The staff, from check-in, all the way through to when we left, (which, by the way was over three hours because of his condition) was absolutely exceptional! Everyone treated my dad and myself with over and above compassion, care, and gentleness. I couldn’t rave more about them! He was a very difficult case, since he doesn’t understand commands, and his mouth was painful. Yet, everyone rallied to lend a helping hand and our hygienist, Carmen persevered the 3 hours with grace, compassion and excellent care! Shout out also to front desk, Lena, dentist Julie, and two other hygienists who assisted throughout, Margarita and Kelly!
