I can absolutely say this was the best dental experience I’ve had in my 70 years. I was extremely apprehensive about needing a tooth extraction, but from the moment I walked in, the front staff, Dr. Catral and his assistants, Misa, Melissa, Anna treated me with such kindness, patience, and compassion that they immediately put me at ease.nnWhat truly meant the world to me was that they understood how nervous I was and went above and beyond to fit me in for the procedure the very same day during my evaluation. They didn’t want me to leave still worried or in pain, and that level of care is something you just don’t find often anymore.nnDr. Catral was gentle, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Karla Was my specialist, highly recommended she’s awesome, really takes the time to listen to you and something that I love about her is that, she took the time to show me how to properly floss after she was done, really showed me her commitment and willingness to teach and make sure I’m I know what I’m doing and taking care of my teeth.
