I live so close I can even drive my golf cart there, and I was thrilled to learn they accept my insurance.nnFrom the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles. Jonni, the dental surgical assistant, was absolutely wonderful. She is outstanding at her job and truly loves what she doesu2014it shows in her personality and exceptional people skills. By the end of my visit, I felt like I had known her for years.nnAshley, the hygienist, was fantastic as wellu2014extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and clearly proud of her work. Dr. Le truly came to my rescue. She took the time to clearly explain my procedure beforehand and reassured me throughout, letting me know she would stop immediately if I felt any discomfort. Jonni also kept me calm and informed the entire time, and the procedure was over before I knew it.nnI have a history of dental anxiety, and the entire team made me feel completely at ease. This was my first visit at this facility and it is so welcoming to visit a business where all the staff I met are so upbeat, positive and truly seem to enjoy what they are doing. I came in for a cleaning and was seen by Kirsten. First and foremost she was very professional explaining each step she was going to perform and ensuring I was comfortable through the whole cleaning process. She had a bubbly personality and was engaging with conversation. I felt relaxed and even joked with her I might fall asleep. Had a great experience and will definitely be back to see her for my future cleanings. The front office staff were great and all acknowledged me when I left. I had a great experience on my first visit at Dental Care River Ridge. I especially appreciated seeing my xrays and photos of my teeth along with they're recommendations and why. My first visit was yesterday. I have been to a lot of dentist but none ever x-rayed and scanned to the extent that they did. They worked up a plan that told me exactly what I needed and what it would cost. The doctor and all the staff were so nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Bassaly and his assistant Jonni are absolutely amazing together. I had 13 teeth and two tori removed on my lower jaw so I can have a denture made. I was comfortable all the way through the procedure with no pain. I highly recommend going here for all your dental needs they provide excellent work and they treat you like family.
