This was my first time visiting Dental Care at The Plex and I have to say, it was one of the most pleasant dental visits I've had in my 50+ years. The staff was friendly, kind, helpful and made me feel very welcome. My hygienist, Holly, was AWESOME! She explained everything she was doing, took time to show me photos of what she was describing, and had me watch 2 videos that explained the procedures she was recommending. I'm actually moving out of the area but will make the effort to come back just for my dental care. Well done!

Staff was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They treated me as an actual human, instead of just another number or dollar walking through the door. Plus the singing staff member makes the place fun 😁 and light hearted. Wish more medical facilities had this type of atmosphere and work staff 🤩

My teenage son had a bad experience at his last dentist and was very emotional/scared to go somewhere again, not only did they take care of his teeth, they were there to comfort him emotionally!nnExceptional staff and service, 5 stars and two thumbs up! Very happy mom. Also, they have a beautifully designed office! ❤️❤️

My dentist retired at the ripe old age of the mid-40s, and I was transferred to a practice that was not in-network with my insurance. I looked around and found an office that was highly rated, went there, and was very unhappy with the service. So I continued looking around and found Dr Tiffanie's office, which not only got me in quickly, but also had knowledgeable and helpful staff. The insurance lady, Jen, doesn't just know and explain things well, but is also very personable. Dr Tiffanie made me feel cared for. The assistants I interacted with also listened to me and made me feel comfortable. On the entire visit, I felt like I was being cared for as a patient, and not just a number. Thank you everyone, and I am glad I found my new dental 'home'!

Both the dental hygienist and Tiffanie Smith explained everything that they were doing to me and had done to me. They also recommended a future visit. I was very satisfied with the office staff. Also, everyone was very friendly.
