The great experience starts at the front desk, the reseptionest is very pleasant and patient. Then when called the tech greets you with a relaxing smile. Cindy my tech is very knowledgeable and explains every step very well. The sterile treatment room is always in perfect order. The total experience is a pleasure. I have told others about this location. GREAT JOB

First when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly staff. Then I didn't wait long(What???) I was then brought into the dental exam room and was seated in the dental chair and what a view! it was a ganden view with flowers and birds and other same animals to watch..Nice. The chair started vibrating.nAgain...(What??)nWow and Dr. G took my information and resealed a crown that had fallen out.nDone very professionally and quickly. I Felt taken care and my concerns heard and a treatment plan was initiated.nI highly recommendnDental Care of Crossville!!

Dental Care of Crossville is the best. If you're like me and hate going to the dentist, the staff is friendly and accommodating and will put you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. G -- she's awsome.

When I tell you going to the dentist is my biggest fear believe me it is. I had a dentist appointment 7/30/26 and I thought I was going to have a panic and don't usually have panic attacks. But let me tell you all that was for nothing because from the front desk through the whole appointment they were excellent! So if your looking for a dentist I definitely recommend!

Dr. G is AMAZING!!! She had me in and out in under an hour with a beautiful, perfectly color matched, front filling. She is professional, but so down to earth and so friendly and funny, that I was at complete ease throughout my visit. I will be returning to Dental Care of Crossville and Dr. G in the future as I continue to return my smile to its former glory!!
