I’m so glad I made the switch to Dr. Patch and his team at Dental Care of Grafton. I have significant dental anxiety, and having to change dentists due to an insurance change was something I was truly dreading. I ultimately chose this office because Dr. Patch emphasizes a conservative approach to dentistry, and they offer nitrous oxide for cleanings, which is essential for me.nnMy experience during my cleaning was excellent. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my anxiety, which made a huge difference. During the visit, they identified an early-stage cavity and recommended treatment with Curodont. Instead of the traditional drill-and-fill approach, the process was quick and completely non-invasive—they simply cleaned and dried the tooth and applied the solution. The whole treatment took just a couple of minutes and was very comfortable.nnI would highly recommend Dental Care of Grafton and Dr. Patch to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially those who experience dental anxiety.

The hygienist was very thoughtful always telling me what she is doing next and indicating what to expect next. She was very thorough in measuring my gum depth and indicating the deeper the number over 3 needs work with brushing and flossing technique. She was also open to passing on a suggestion that the medical information requested might be obtained a few days prior to the appointment, to save time on the day of the appointment and make it more accurate.

Dr.Trotter and her assistants are so welcoming, gentle, understanding and thorough. They never make me feel uncomfortable. Absolutely love the care they give!!!! Highly recommend!

Hygienist very known ease of check in =4 star. I work on computers every day and I don’t really appreciate tablet check-in. Just give me a piece of paper. I’ll check the boxes and you do your work. I have a full-time job a my full-time job is not doing your work on the tablet putting in my insurance cards ahead of time and everything else that is your job, you can take my card when I get there. You can get my information when I get there and when you ask me for my information ahead of time, I expect it to be there because my time is just as important as your time but that is your job not my job. I come to my appointments and fill out the appropriate paperwork as needed when needed. Let’s be real. We all hate the Dentist as much as we hate the gynecologist and I don’t like new dentist, but I do appreciate having a very knowledgeable hygienist. She was great.
