There was no rushing, no confusion, and no awkward pauses, just a steady, confident flow that made it clear they’ve worked together a lot and trust each other. They communicated clearly with me, explained what was happening, and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. That level of coordination really helped ease any anxiety and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The office itself has a great atmosphere, clean and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I could not be any more blown away with the impeccable care that has been given to me thus far in my treatment With East Brewster Dental! Dr. Mediavilla and her assistant Julia are the BEST! The front desk staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and kind! I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and I’ve had a lot of dental problems ever since I was a little kid and I’ve never received this level of care.
