I’m not going to lie… going to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things 😭 And after investing quite a bit of money into getting my teeth together, today was one of those moments where I really had to pause and reflect on why patient experience matters so much.nnI had not met the new dentist before today, so naturally I was a little nervous and unsure of what to expect. But from the moment Adrian came out and greeted me with excitement and warmth, the entire experience shifted. Honestly, I felt like I already knew her.nnI had a moment of honesty where I shared a few concerns and asked questions because consistency and communication matter to me, especially with healthcare. Adrian made me feel so comfortable, heard, and supported. She even encouraged Dr. Samy to connect with me, and Dr. Samy was incredibly kind, understanding, and open to my thoughts and questions.nnAnd can I just say this? Adrian, your personality is AMAZING. You truly made this appointment enjoyable, and I never thought I would say that about a dentist appointment 😂 Thank you for simply being yourself and for going above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and cared for.nnAlso, shout out to both Adrian and Dr. Samy because they did such an amazing job that my retainer fit perfectly back on afterward, even after the dental work that was completed today. That was a huge relief for me, and I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail.nnToday was a reminder that kindness, communication, and genuine connection really do make all the difference. So thank you both. I truly appreciate you.

From the moment I stepped into the office I felt comfortable. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The Dentist, hygienist and dental assistents were wonderful and knowledgeable. Everyone took their time and were not in a rush. My visit was very thorough. Thank you all for your professionalism!

Excellent experience with everyone at the office. Heather, who cleans my teeth and has been for 6 yrs has always been kind and patient with me. Dr Glynn was very nice and went over my dental options thoroughly and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision right away on the needed work. Rarely, can anyone say they're looking forward to their next visit to the dentist!!!!! Love you guys!
