Very caring compassionate staff. They do their job not only well but carefully. They care about each and every patient that walks through those doors including special needs kids such as my daughter with autism. I highly recommend this place for people of allnAges I drive 3 hours away just to book with them!

I'm very happy at East Lansing Smiles. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Ali is the best! He is attentive to any of my concerns and is very friendly and professional. Savannah is also a fantastic dental assistant. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

It was such a pleasant and easy experience. The best dentist, I've ever had. He walked me through everything he was doing and did excellent work. They have helped me to fix my teeth.And I should have my partials within a month after waiting ears, they got me quick appointments and very accommodating, highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist that accepts medicaid.

I had my wisdom removed here and Dr. Ali and I believe his assistants name was James were amazing. They made the experience really great and I felt comfortable the whole time they worked on me. James really advocates for his patients and makes sure they are taken care of and Dr. Ali is quick and thorough in what he does. He takes care to make sure his patients are comfortable the whole time.nnThe only reason I didn’t put 5 is because I feel as though there was a lack of communication with the office. I wasn’t initially scheduled for the removal and it was changed without me being informed which I didn’t appreciate. Mistakes happen though so I understand. It’s better as a clerical error than as a medical mistake at least.nnOverall I’d recommend this dental office to all who desire to visit! It was a great experience and they really care for their patients
