I am impressed with how well Dr. Chien explained my diagnosis and expertly addressed my questions. The dental hygienist was so knowledgeable and thorough with my cleaning. I was so grateful the office was able to reschedule my appointment and get me in earlier when I was experiencing tooth pain. They all exceeded all my expectations with exemplary care, service, and expertise!

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been to! The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and does everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. They truly care about their patients and meeting their needs. Vince in particular is always a joy to interact with, he cares for the patients and goes above and beyond to make sure needs are met.

I have been here a third time and my most recent visit was April 23rd. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Tina and Dr Chien. Tina was amazing! She has been in the industry over 20 years and that is very comforting. It absolutely made me feel safe and let me know I was in good hands. She was very professional, straightforward, kind and attentive to me. Dr Chien was also professional kind straightforward and both Tina and Dr Chien were very gentle. I felt absolutely no pain during any part of the visit. They were pretty efficient and got me out of there in a timely manner based on the work I needed done.nThere was a little hiccup with billing part of visit but everything worked out in the end. I will say for anyone going to dentist make sure you request for estimates prior to any visits so that you know what you are being charged for and there aren’t any surprises for what you pay and what your dental insurance pays.nOverall I really appreciated Tina! She is definitely a leader in her profession. I 100% would recommend Tina and Dr Chien for dental work needs.
