This is the nicest most professional office I have been to. The front staff was on top of every detail and walked me through entire process before I arrived. The doctor was welcoming and understanding. The techs are fun and upbeat. A horrible experience turned into a positive.

I love this dental office. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I did their $169 special for an exam and X-rays and signed up for the vantageone discount plan. I love that they offer something for people without insurance. I highly recommend this office.

I did my new patient appointment at Family Dentistry at Riverside Crossing yesterday. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and I’m almost 3 decades old. They are up front about the costs of treatment and what is needed to get you the best treatment. They went above and beyond by helping me with insurance and clear next steps about how to get my oral surgery with an in-network dentist. They are friendly and kind and made me bust out laughing even while getting bite-wing x-rays that nobody likes. Great music too!

Third time visiting today and I couldn’t be happier with my new dentist! Very friendly staff. Highly efficient hygienist. Complete and thorough exams. No time waiting. And I spent my time in the chair at a dentist office laughing! Dr Giroux and his team are terrific.
