I recently visited Family Dentisty of poplar bluff and i must say I was so impressed with the staff member and the dentist. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist was very kind as well and took his time explaining to me what I didnt understand and help me decide on the best treatment for myself. I highly recommend this office!

I had my first visit with Family Dentistry yesterday and I was above and beyond 🤗 satisfied! The receptionists, Tiffany and Samantha were kind, helpful and professional. Next I saw Haley, who addressed my concerns, issues and what I would like to achieve from Family Dentistry. Before doing a very thorough set of x-rays, she went over what exactly, that my insurance would cover.Then she explained to me where we would go from there. Next I was introduced to my hygienist, Debbie, who was amazing! She explained what exactly was going on with my teeth, my options and she, just as a favor to me, stayed late to clean my teeth to speed up the process of my goals for my teeth. She did a cancer check as well. Last but certainly not least I met my new Dentist, Mark Harris. He did a thorough exam, discussed my x-rays, my options, time lines, expenses and any other concerns that I had. He also pointed out in my x-rays, as sonhad Debbie, my last Dentist had left a part of an abscessed tooth when doing an extraction, which has caused me to keep an infection. This should have been revealed to me by my prior dentist, but was not. I was also mislead concerning many aspects such as what the true condition of my teeth is, options of my choices and finances as well as insurance options. When I heard all of these differences in truth, in my favor, tremendously, I was in tears, for real!!! As I said, this was my first visit, however, it was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind, informative and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable!!!nThank you Family Dentistry!!!
