I broke a filling off a molar and hadn't been to a dentist in far too long. I was able to get in the following morning for an exam and the morning after that for a temporary crown. Front desk staff were all really nice, handled my insurance and gave me an accurate estimate (too much but not their fault, that's dental insurance). Dentist and assistant were also wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, open. All around it was as pleasant an experience one could expect when getting a crown. I made an appt for a cleaning for me and my kids and think we've found a new dental office!

Eva was awesome. Im sad Logan left for another location, but Eva's bright smile and sunny personality made for a great cleaning. She was gentle but thorough. Dr. Bower has always been such a staple at New Berlin for me, but this time I saw Dr. Shaw and she was very friendly and personable. She explained everything well and took time to look back in my records regarding some concerns I had. Never go to the Racine location, period. It's hard to believe that New Berlin and Racine Forward Dental are the same company! I drive almost an hour to New Berlin because it only took one visit to Racine to never want to go there again! I'll make the drive to work with such great people in New Berlin. And don't let me forget the ladies at the desk! They all treat me very well - you are appreciated! Shawntay started off my visit just wonderful! She's so affable, fun, gentle and caring which really makes all the world a difference!! I came in with a lot of dental issues. My doctor was so amazing too! They answered all my questions, I was so at ease and not rushed. I'm actually looking forward to my appt next week although for not so fun dental work. I at least know I'll be in great hands. Thank you both so much!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Bauer for longer than I can recall. He and the staff are efficient, friendly, and kind. Any potential problems are thoroughly discussed. A recent broken tooth was handled within a day of it happening. Forward Dental New Berlin has earned my trust.
