Everyone was very friendly and welcoming at four lakes dental! They helped me figure out financing and I was able to get my troublesome tooth out the same day!nEveryone seemed to really enjoy their jobs and love what they do! Would definitely recommend :)

I had two crowns and a cavity done here a few days ago after getting established here for my cleaning with Jacklynn. Three hours in the chair not an uncommon amount of time because Dr.Joe was cutting off an old crown that was causing me pain from being an odd shape and that has bothered me for years (not done at this office). About halfway through I started to have a panic attack (they happen for me out of the blue I can be sitting on the couch and it hits me for no reason). He stopped let me collect myself made sure I was ok and Kenzie his assistant held my hand through the rest of my appointment (unless she needed to hand him something). Mona came in to help with the scan to send to the lab when everything was done and she is just a hoot love her. The next day Rebecca the front lady made sure to reach out and see how I’m doing. Super pleasant staff and nice office. They walked me through all the financial stuff and insurance before hand so I wouldn’t have any surprises super happy with my care.

Well from beginning to end, I felt well taken care of as a customer!! Was happy that they took my insurance.Because my insurance surprised me by covering everything with my first visit That I had a lot done. Being my first time with this dental office!! So thank you for all the availability to finance.I did get approved!! Not happy to find out all that I did, but I understand with my circumstances in the last two years,With my husband who passed this last September and in and out of the hospital, last 5 yrs!!nMore recently last 11/2, yrs Before he passed! My priority was with him!! I know time to focus on me!! So with trying to look forward and move on, hopefully Soon, with my next steps with dental care, I'm happy that I chose your office!! And the real plus is that you're only five minutes from my home!! So Thank you!! 😊

So far so good. Yesterday my crown was seated and did not fit well at first. Dr. Ben spent quite some time filing it down. Today it feels perfect. Note: I had to opt out of the automated messaging. I found it obnoxious.
