For the life of me, I cannot remember the dentist name or the hygienist name. I think the hygienist name was Ashley, but they were phenomenal. They explained every step as they were going along. Very comforting, encouraging and the bedside table manner was exceptional. I will definitely be going back to this office again in the battleground area.

I arrived early and was greeted with a warm friendly smile by the receptionist who explained the plan for my appointments. I had booked a cleaning and filling together. She explained the possible charges and within 2 minutes I was greeted again by another nice lady who escorted me to the room. I was in the chair and after a quick history review I was getting my filling.nnMy teeth were cleaned thoroughly and the hygienist explained how to manage problem areas and demonstrated what to do differently at home. I came in with elevated blood pressure due to my previous dental experiences but was checked before I left and it had returned to normal! Caring professionals helped my body to relax and I was able to leave 45 minutes sooner than expected!! Thank You “Gentle” Dental!nnI just wished teeth bleaching wasn’t so Expensive!!! I.L-Hollins

Well, I know a lot of the times sometimes people get frustrated with dentist offices But this company has gone the extra mile… At reception, The lady that I worked with is named Kat. She’s an amazing human being. Capable, Smart, Educated, Polite, Professional, amongst many other descriptive distinctions that WOULD’NT all fit in this review :)nnThank you again so very Kat for helping and taking care of me so well yesterday!!nnAlso, Aspen was pivotal in helping Dr Conzatti “nailed it” hammer out the work he needed to do in my mouth! It was completely painless and comfortable. I just listened to what he needed from me and is ALL OF THE TEAM’s professional and kindness to one another that made them successful in my teeth repairs.nnAndrea, which is a completely different story! Wow! Andrea is my Dental Hygienist which does a VERY thorough job of the work in which she must complete IN MY VISIT with her. Amazing is all I can say!! She’s one of the kindest and funnest people I’ve ever worked with. She has the spirit of God right in her palm! Her heart is so big! Amazing amazing amazing is all I can say!! Great work by everyone. What a wonderful place to get your tooth cleaned. The front desk was kind and welcoming and the hygenist was knowledgeable and super duper. Over the last year this place has been completely turned around. I would go here if I didn't even have any teeth. ALSO PIETRA IS AWESOME AT RECEPTION!!

As always, Gentle Dental Battleground is welcoming and friendly. They explained my expected treatment costs as well as explaining I had the option of selecting treatments. I wa having teeth cleaned . The stuff is pleasant and the office clean without question . I was never uncomfortable . My opinion is that anyone could expect the same treatment and care here. I also appreciate the Smile program discounts as I am paying my own way .
