Nicole, the receptionist, is such a friendly face and always helps calm my nerves before an appointment. Dre (or Tre?) is also wonderful - super kind and has a very calming presence. Dr. Cowan, the dentist, is straightforward and honest; he doesn’t beat around the bush, which I really appreciate because it shows he cares about making sure your oral health is in great shape. Overall, I really enjoy coming to this dentist’s office. They’ve repaired two of my cracked teeth, and my cleaning was completely painless, which is amazing because other dental offices have often hurt my gums during cleanings by being too rough. I’ve never felt any pain here, whether for cleanings or dental restorations. Gentle Dental truly lives up to its name.

I had to switch dentists when I went on Medicare. After trying a few others who seemed like car salesmen, I chose Gentle Dental. I was impressed with the exam and the friendly, professional staff. Dr. Cowan was thorough and explained everything clearly. I recently had two crowns done for hairline fractures (which he showed me in a photo). My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and I was taken back promptly. The procedure was painless, and I was out by 11:30 AM. My mouth didn't even feel numb for long. On my cleaning appointment, the hygienist was great and recommended an Oral-B toothbrush, which I love! Nicole at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Gentle Dental!
