I don’t know that I’ve ever had such a great experience at the dentist! I went in for my first crown and I was terrified. The tech and doctor were phenomenal. They were gentle and explained everything in detail, so I was very comfortable with what was happening. They were regularly checking to make sure I wasn’t in pain, noticing if I flinched just the slightest bit and taking extra care if I was sensitive. Because I wear an Invisalign retainer and clench and grind at night, the temp crown broke and they got me in right away the next morning and we used my retainer when creating a second temp crown to make sure it lasted until my permanent crown was ready. They made me two just in case and gave me some cement in case something happened over the weekend, which I thought was awesome and they didn’t charge me a penny for that. My insurance was ending when my tooth broke and they managed to get the permanent crown made and shipped and put in 2 days before the end of my insurance. The front desk staff were also caring and it really seemed like I mattered. My permanent crown fit perfectly. My tooth was so sensitive when the temp crown came off and they were extremely cognizant of that and careful to not cause me pain, even when seating the crown inside the gums. All around I am just so grateful to chose this location. You don’t always get an awesome eperience at the dentist, and I walked away from this one just entirely pleased with the whole process and grateful for all of the folks who work there!

They were really professional until I went in the third time and there were some miscommunication with my insurance had a real bad tooth that time but they wanted to resolve the problem with the insurance before they can do anything.. I wish they could've call me and told me this instead of finding it out when I got there. I took a half day off from work to be there so I had to go home and do the home remedy hot water with salt. Which made the pain go away. But they are professional and friendly

Had a very good experience at this office. I had to have 4 root canals and decided to knock them out in one visit. Dr. Kang and his nurse Kristy were absolutely fantastic and made it seamless and comfortable ( well as comfortable as a root canal can be lol). I would 100% recommend. Lupe, the wonderful office manager was efficient & knowledgeable as well as welcoming and friendly. Thank you to this office!

The staff and Dr here are great. They may be a bit understaffed but they give great service. The Dr is very thorough and her and the assistant thoroughly explained the problems that I currently have with my teeth. I appreciate how detail oriented the staff is when it comes to giving me details about what is and isn’t covered under my insurance plan. Great job y’all!
