If it were possible to give 10 stars I would. The dentist at this location were compassionate, patient and caring and provided the utmost professional service. From the two receptionists at the front who greeted me when I was at my very lowest in pain to the wonderful dental assistant, who was patient and kind I cannot say anything more than this is the top rated dentist office.

I have been visiting Gum Spring Dental Care for my dental care and overall I am very satisfied with the treatment and service I receive. The hygienists are very professional, experienced, and thorough. My visits have always been comfortable and the clinical care is excellent.nnHowever, I do have some concerns regarding the financial aspect. When I first switched to this practice a couple of years ago, I received a bill of around $400 for a service that had been covered at my previous dental office. When I questioned it, the charge was eventually waived.nnCurrently, I have a comprehensive dental insurance plan, but during visits it sometimes feels like I have to repeatedly clarify that I am there only for my regular six-month cleaning; nothing more, nothing less. Often additional services or products such as fluoride treatments, night guards, or other options are suggested. While I understand these may be beneficial for some patients, the conversations can occasionally feel more like a sales process rather than a routine dental visit.nnI truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of care from the clinical team, but I hope the office can be more mindful about clearly communicating optional services and respecting when patients prefer to stick to their routine covered care.nnOverall, great clinical care, just hoping for a smoother and more transparent experience on the billing and recommendations side.
