I was referred, so I knew I was in good hands! That aside everything exceeded my expectations. From calling in to become a new patient, to being greeted by the office staff who remembered speaking to me, to the care I received. Liz was my hygienist and she was amazing. She listened, explained every step, explained everything seen, and always asked if I had questions. She was very kind and warm which is so important when the dentist isn't always the best time. Even with what they found they were able to take care of everything rather than having me come back, although that wasn't fun lol they made it such a great process. I know my health is in good hands with them and only what is necessary is recommended.

Probably the best dentistry I've been to. The front desk staff is kind and efficient, the hygienists are thorough and give you a step by step of what they're doing, and the doctors are caring and honest. My biggest plus was that they never charge you without your knowledge. During my appointment, the hygienist or front desk showed me exactly how much each procedure was, what my insurance was able to cover, and what I had to pay. I love when a doctors office is up front with their patients! I can't recommend them enough!

I absolutely love love love my experience every single time I have an appointment. Here is my backstory: Dr. Orlando had been my dentist at a previous Dental Facility and my experience there was great but fast forward, Dr. Orlando leaves that office and I promised myself I would not go to another Dentist. Well Unfortunately I went over 2 years without any dental work because I was just that dedicated to the work Dr. Orlando had done and I didn’t want to have to start all over with another Dentist. I had looked and searched with no luck and in the midst of those two years, there was a point where other life affairs took priority. So one day I decided to search for Dr. Orlando online and two different offices came up but when I called Hamlin Groves Dental Care I was super excited I found Dr. Orlando. I have been here ever since. The staff is amazing, welcoming and the customer service is unmatched compared to my previous experiences in other Dental offices. Dr. Orlando and the staff at this office are amazingly knowledgeable. They listen to your concerns and calm your anxieties of going to the dentist, by explaining every step of the process and being gentle during every procedure. My experience is always filled with laughter, insight and over very comfortable experience. I can go on and on by I recommended this office 1000000000000%

I love coming to this office. I always feel welcomed. My hygienist is the best!! Gloria will definitely leave you feeling refreshed and with a clean smile. Shoutout to her and her team!!!
