Even before I stepped into the office, I was impressed! The scheduling process was extremely thorough, and the staff was so patient and helpful when it came to dealing with my insurance questions and issues. That level of care and attention carried through my entire experience.nOnce I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The customer service was outstanding!! every staff member was kind and professional. Carmen made sure my 87 years old mom, (the patient) and I felt comfortable the whole time. The rest of the dental team was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly.nOverall, I couldnu2019t be happier with my visit. Itu2019s rare to find a dental office that combines expertise, friendliness, and true patient care so well. Highly recommend!
