A couple years ago our daughter needed massive surgery on her teeth. Dr. Nunez, Tina and the whole team made the experience so much better. Insurance can be tough to navigate, so having a good care team made that piece an exhale. It was a traumatic event going under and multiple procedures. Yet, we loved how Dr. Nunez continues his education so we could dive into understanding and options into the future. This kind of customer service has them standing apart from others more focused on bottom line lines than care. *Even after we left the office (due to insurance change) the customer service continued on even through today, which means the world to us. Friendly, kind and well informed and willingly generous in many way. So thankful for you all. Appreciate you. Someday, again.. we hope to return..

Excellent service! I made an appointment with them due to losing one of my front teeth in a motorcycle accident and they were able to get me a replacement partial expedited within 4 days so I didnu2019t have to live with a hole in my smile for any extended amount of time. Would highly recommend this office, especially for anyone needing emergency repairs.

Dr. Tam is an exceptional dentist and her dental office experience was beyond professional and helpful. The need especially for after hours in the event of my emergency. The pain was excruciating and The amazing doctor treated me with a plan and exam. Incredible timing always available for your needs. The office staff is very supportive and helpful. They make sure you leave without pain. The plan of treatment is always discussed and no hidden fees. Absolutely loved the transition because I needed to go to the ER under doctor Tams instructions after seeing me. She was a hundred percent right in my diagnosis and treatment on top of dealing with other ongoing medical. She probably saved my life. Because my kidneys were shutting down and I needed fluids and treatment. They made sure medications were available with treatment plan and cost but entirely worth every cent spent for the knowledge and compassion that comes with this experience. I was a 10/10 screaming. By the time I left I was able to go to hospital and get treatment while being comfortable from Doctor Tams treatments. Thank you so very much for everything and I look forward to seeing you all again. Please if you are in pain and you hurt. Choose this provider. Because the dental here is a 10 out of 10 across the board from staff to doctors. And getting pain free was the goal and she went over and beyond. I called on a Sunday with excruciating pain and swelling due to a tooth that I had ignored for far too long that desperately needed to be extracted. Dr. Tam was able to get me in that day and perform the surgery as well. This practice is amazing, they were very hands on with explaining the processes and gave me valuable information. The procedure was a lot quicker than anticipated and two days later I am healing seamlessly. I recommend this place for your dental needs. Dr. Tam is the best! We were in from out of town (an hour south) and my husband cracked his tooth (and by cracked I mean SPLIT). We called almost every dentist in the valley before finally driving all the way up to see Dr. Tam, who was the only one that could get us in same day-we called at 4:30pm and they got us in at 6 (and started his extraction at 8pm.. itu2019s been a long day)nn! She is knowledgeable, patient and kind, and we appreciate her and her staff for everything!
