When I walked into Hickman Mills Dental Care the atmosphere was, to me relaxing, soothing music, the smell was great and was very clean. Office staff was very professional, courteous and helpful with any concerns I may have had.  Alyssa, my hygienist is great and explained and helped me understand everything what she was going to do. Haven’t been in so, so long things have changed a lot when it comes to x-raying, everything is digital now. Dr. Shontè Reed is awesome, she is personable, professional, caring, gentle and makes you feel relaxed.  Chelsea was amazing, knows what she is doing when setting up payment arrangement and making it easy to understand.  Dr. Shontè Reed and her team truly care about their patients they made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety as I was very anxious when I walked in the door. I’m glad I made the decision to go back to the dentist after all these years and I do believe I have found my new dental home here at Hickman Mills Dental Care.nnWent in for my first dentist appointment in years-two cavities to get filled and my anxiety was high. I walked in and what did I see….a welcome banner with my name on it.  Wow! And friendly faces ready to take care of me..and take care they did.nnDr Shontè Reed made it easy & relaxing, even getting stuck with the needle didn’t even hurt just a pinch.  The music playing along with hearing Dr Reeds humming helped ease my anxiety.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Reed and her staff! Everyone was so nice and sweet. The staff was very professional. They also provided education that was understandable and helpful. The office was clean and they played great music which helped eased my anxiety. I would highly recommend!

I have not been in the dental office in a few years, and my anxiety was through the roof. Blood pressure was up, and I do have a fear of the dentist even at 50 years of age.This Clinic is amazing. From the time I walked into the office, check-in, X-rays and etc; the bedside manner is A1! From all the technology they used to the explanation of every procedure. I felt so comfortable and my blood pressure dropped, and I felt like I was at home, just relaxing in my recliner. The services they are giving are amazing and this is not any lies. This is my experience and I’m so thankful that I chose this Clinic from where I was previously was going. If you are looking for a comfortable setting that is clean, great customer service with smiles on faces treating you like an individual…and just not a number waiting in line to be serviced. I challenge you to visit this clinic and you won’t be disappointed. I’m so grateful I chose this Clinic.
