The check in staff was very welcoming and friendly. Both ladies were attentive with smiles on their faces. While checking in, I met the Office Coordinator, Mike, who answered all of my questions and helped me feel much more at ease. Dr. Arya was great. I have high anxiety and was nervous for what I had to get done, she was very calm, explained everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was okay with the plan of treatment. During my visit, she asked multiple times if I was okay of if I felt any pain. Her hygienist who helped through the appt was super kind and polite as well. Honestly a really great experience with everyone I came in contact with.

I have been visiting her clinic over three years, and each visit has been a consistently positive experience. Office staff is super friendly and helpful, and the dentist and assistant are very thorough and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain clearly what treatment is needed.

Dr. Kim is by far the most friendly dentist i have ever met. She makes you feel very comfortable. However I had the most unpleasant experience with a hygienist I had ever had in my life the last time I visited. Alexa was insulting, rude and totally unprofessional. I will continue to see Dr. Kim but will request i never be paired with Alexa again.
