From the time I walked in to the time I left Gen was warm kind and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me with Nicki who was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She answered all of my questions and took great care of my teeth. Dr. Henley was the cherry on top making my overall experience very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this office if you want to feel like you are with people who really care.

Staff was very friendly. The hygienist told step by step before she started, the Dr. came in afterwards and also explained my treatment plan with visuals. The Dr. understood that I was on the clock and allowed me to check in with my job and even offered to allow me to connect to WiFi. The front desk was extremely friendly and encouraging. I was offered a next day appointment due to a recent cancellation and was able to start my treatment plan right away. Had I known how nice this staff and office was, I would’ve made my appointment when I first moved to Columbia.
