Lorraine Road dental care is fabulous. From reception, to dental assistance and hygienist to dentists and oral surgeons. Recently had a cap fall out that couldn’t be repaired. Opted for a dental implant. The care, compassion and extra ordinary steps informing me of the process and the pre/ post treatment was superb. Dr Ynga who performed the surgery was fabulous. There’s a sign in the office to favorably comment on an associate for free coffee. I’d like to nominate the entire staff. Keep doing such a great job. You make visits pleasurable. Thanks to all. Mike and Carissa are absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and cared for. Mike is professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps ease any nerves about being at the dentist. Carissa is just as fantastic—so friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Together, they make such a great team and create such a positive experience at the office. This is the second time I’ve seen Dr. Ynga, both times for major dental procedures. Dr. Ynga and the assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The quality of their work was outstanding. The only reason I did not give five starts is because with an appointment (to which I arrived 10 minutes early) I waited 35 minutes to be seen by a professional.
