From the moment I started coming here, I’ve had such a great experience. Letty, who works with the insurance, is absolutely wonderful. She is always welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. She truly goes above and beyond to make everything easy to understand, and she makes you feel comfortable right away — like you’ve known her forever.nnAnd a HUGE thank you to Dr. Joseph! He did an amazing job and was so quick and efficient while still making me feel completely at ease. He’s very friendly, professional, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. I also loved how well he worked with his assistant — they make such a great team and create such a positive atmosphere. HE WOULD DEFINITELY BE A GOOD ORTHO SURGEON IF HE WAS ONE!!!!!nnI will definitely be bringing my kids here once I’m done with my treatment, and I’m hoping I can request Dr. Joseph for them as well. I love my experience here! Everyone is so friendly—from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I truly enjoy coming here, and I’ve never been to a dentist’s office that makes me feel like I actually want to come back. Dr. Dan is amazing he’s so gentle and very understanding. When I told him my jaw gets stuck when I open wide, he said, “I’ll work with that,” which meant so much to me. I will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, the front desk team—Letty and Giselle—were very caring and made me feel truly welcome.nnA special thanks to Elizabeth, who always makes me feel comfortable. I usually get nervous, but she helps me stay calm and checked on me often to be sure I was taken care of. Crystal was also wonderful—very patient and supportive throughout my treatment.nnAnd of course, Dr. Matt is an amazing doctor. The facility is nice and clean and it is fairly easy to get an appointment with a lot of openings available as well as being open on Saturdays, so that’s great. Only downside is it usually takes quite a while to get in a room, and once you are in there it takes even longer to be seen and sometimes they forget about you, so you just need to stay on top of things. Today we had an early appointment and were thankfully in and out, no problem. We had an especially good experience recently thanks to some of the staff such as Itzel, Osmar, and Stephanie. Thanks again 🦷
