This is a review of the receptionist service and intake process. We are new patients due to a move and were hoping to be seen quickly due to my spouse experiencing pain. We started by calling clinics under a different company (NOT Metro Dental Care) closer to home and were surprised by the condescension and impatient manner of the staff answering the phones telling us there was no availability. It felt like they were irritated that we even called. The experience calling Woodbury Metro Dental Care was completely different. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment soon, but in addition the person we spoke with was courteous, professional, compassionate and helpful. I think we would have been treated kindly even if they had not had any openings. We definitely feel that we made the right decision and that it will be worth a drive to go to this clinic.

Melissa was great! She was really understanding of any pain and she was specific on where my brush is missing my teeth. I get cleanings often but this was one of the most helpful consultations.
