Dr Downer & her hygienist(Ivonne)were very informative.nI was impressed with the panoramic xray machine & the time taken to diagnose the specific issues with my tooth. In doing the xrays, another issue was discovered, which I was given a referal.nnThe office appeared to be very well maintained & smelled really clean. I pray that all future visits will be as pleasant as this one. This was my 1st visit.

I recently changed hygienists there after approximately five years. After each cleaning, my mouth had felt like a mack truck had run over it and it didn't get any better for up to a week r. My new hygienist is a God send! She gets the job done with a gentle touch- my teeth are cleaner ,my mouth is fresher with no gritty feeling left in my mouth, and with no Mack truck feeling at all. I love my new hygienist and my doctor is simply the best !

After going to my doctor appt. to be told my doctor was not in network for a filling and crown , I was devastated. Almost in tears. You made me 2 appt. If this was known why not call and tell me. I immediately got on the phone to United Health Care to confirmed what the office told me. Yes it’s true. So I asked for a list of Dentist within my care plan. I chose Montgomery Family Dental because they were close to me. The receptionist talked me through my angry moment and offered me an appt. at 3pm the same day. To see a smile (instead of I’m just doing my job) meant the world to me. A friendly staff glad to see you is absolutely everything to me. Thank you so much all staff including the doctor was GREAT.

Dr. Downer and her assistant was very polite and professional. I would most definitely recommend my family and friends. Thank you for making me feel relaxed doing my procedure even though I am scared of the dentist with all that drilling.☺️

I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff were very understanding and kind. The dental assistant was so patient and asked what my anxieties were to help prevent any anxiousness. She talked in a calm, reassuring tone the whole time. She gave me numbing gel and when the dentist came in to num me with the shot, I didn’t feel it at all. In the past when a dentist has numbed me, I felt like I had been punched in the face for two hours later. With this dentist I didn’t even know I was numb. It was such a smooth process and was quickly done. The hygienist did an awesome job on the part she did also. She said what she was putting on my tooth had a really bad taste but she kept it so confined that I didn’t taste nothing at all .They all did a great job and I really appreciated everything done.
