I absolutely love this place and the people here! When you first walk in the ladies are so kind and inviting! The atmosphere is so positive it actually eases your nerves when going into the dentist!nIf you are looking for a good dentist that actually cares about you and treats you with respect and love, please check this place out. You won't regret it.nAlso, I dont have insurance so I paid out of pocket for all my extractions and dentures and its one of the more affordable places if you want a good quality and decent price. I know some offices are cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. The cheaper you go the more likely you are to run into more risks with poor services. You wont have that problem here. They also adjust your dentures right there at that location so you dont have to wait for them to be sent off and returned. Thats another thing I love about My dentist.nMY DENTIST and its employees have some of the best reviews around Springfield missouri! Absolutely love My dentist! Chat gpt recommended it to me and I am so thankful! Not only are the services good, affordable (as I paid out of pocket) the people in office and in back are all so kind and helpful! They make jokes and all get along well which makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable! They had me laughing and laughter eases the pain! I actually look forward to coming here and that's alot to say about a dentist! I got full top extractions with a full top denture. 2 pulled on bottom with a partial im waiting on and I am very pleased with the process, the price, the fit and the appearances! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 oh also they do free adjustments to the denture bc its theirs so when/ if you need it adjusted just call and they will get you in a correct it in office! This is one of the main reasons I chose them as well. No waiting for them to send your denture out for adjustments and doing it right there with you allows for the perfect fit! Check this place out! You won't regret it!

Highly recommend this office. Dr Pierce is excellent with a great bedside manner. His staff is exceptional with knowledge about dentistry. My favorite is ‘Keishay’ 🌹Everyone from the receptionist to the back office has wonderful personalities, compassion and understanding. Not to mention my teeth look great. Absolutely worth the drive.

I am updating my previous review. The dental staff at the office today was extremely friendly and Quinton was beyond helpful and very kind to my mom.nI noticed they posted “All drivers must stay on premises”.nThe dentist has always been nice and good with my mom. My back is broke in 2 places, I was told I had to sit in the waiting room from now on while she is here. I’ve always dropped her off and picked her up. The staff could learn customer service. I said this should have been told to me before, I was told “I’m telling you now” Her next appt will be for 90 min. I was told this has been the policy for a year however, last time I was there the young woman at the desk said I will call you when she’s ready. She called I was there in 10 min. If it was the policy why did she say she would call me and did.

Me and my hubby were very happy & satisfied with the care he received on his visit. Granted it was our first time there. The staff made us feel at home, very friendly, nice and clean office, complimentary coffee tea even hot apple cider dispensed by way of a very nice Keurig. What we loved about our visit, which by the way was our very 1st visit, was the kindness and the humor of the entire office. Definitely would recommend them to everyone who needs a down to earth and caring Dental office with caring Dentists and staff. Can't wait for our next visit to get hubby's work done. Oooh yeah prices are very good and they do take most instances except Medicaid.
