I had my initial appointment as a new patient at My Charleston Dental.nMy first impression was a rather good size waiting area with several patients waiting.nPatients must trust them. ✅nA full staff was behind the counter on 3 sides politely caring for patients. ✅nI was given an electronic tablet for filling out my medical and dental history. Great, they have small town politeness yet are up to date on current practices.✅nTammy was the dental assistant assigned to me. Tammy immediately made me feel comfortable. I have a lengthy history yet she never rushed me. It was a plus that she was familiar with several parts of my history.✅✅nDr. Oh was my dentist and he just happened to be from New Orleans. That little fact bonded us with stories. I will have to bring him a Muffalata✅✅.nIt is always a coin toss for good or bad luck in all avenues when you start anew in a new town.nI think today was good!✅✅✅

Recently, Dr. B pulled a baby tooth for my daughter, which was a referral from her orthodontist. I had forgotten the referral paper, but Dr. B and Selina were very gracious and waited to receive the referral via email. I appreciate their patience and understanding as I was not prepared. The appointment was pleasant and thorough. Thank you, Mycharlestondentist!

Called to get in about emergency pain I was having. The pain was addressed that day in such a timely manner. I left with a prescription and a plan to fix my issues with a return appointment scheduled. So thankful for how fast and efficient they were for me on such a short notice!
