I had such a great experience with Dr Botros and her staff! I moved and had to drive an hour and a half to see her, but it was well worth it. She basically saved my tooth. The entire team is incredibly trustworthy, and you can really tell they care about their patients. The staff make every visit feel comfortable instead of stressful. I always feel well taken care of and confident in the treatment I receive. Highly recommend!

⸻ Always a great experience here! I always see Sasha and her team. She takes her time to explain everything, and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Most importantly, she’s the only hygienist who has never made me flinch during a cleaning lol. The ladies up front are always smiling and helpful. I’ve had a few billing issues in the past, but they were entirely related to my insurance. I recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you for the excellent care.

I love this place, the people are great, unfortunately I now have dental implants and they don’t have the correct tools to remove and clean them so they referred me to another dentist.. basically broke up with me. Which makes me sad because I liked going there. I will continue to recommend them and give them 5 stars even though I’m not a patient there anymore

The people that work here are what keeps me at Neibauer Dental. Kat is the best Dental Hygienist I’ve ever had! I would change to a new provider and follow her if she left. Kelly at the front desk is super friendly, and she goes the extra mile to take care of scheduling her customers/patients. I highly recommend this place (as long as it doesn’t get too busy…)!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Boutros and Stasha. I usually hate going to the dentist, but they make it such an easy experience. The office is super clean, the staff is really friendly, and they always make sure I’m comfortable. They explain everything in a way that makes sense and don’t try to rush you through the appointment. What I really like is they actually take the time to listen to any concerns and check in throughout the visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just getting people in and out. I’ve had both regular cleanings and some more involved work done here, and every time it’s been smooth and painless. If you’re like me and normally dread dentist visits, this place will totally change your mind. Highly recommend!
