I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Boutros and her dental hygienist, Stasha. From start to finish, the appointment was smooth, professional, and genuinely comfortable. I had a wonderful experience at Neibauer. My hygienist Sasha was amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and took her time to explain what effects my medications have had on my oral health. Her nurse was personable and took PAINLESS X-rays!! Doctor B was also great. She took her time, answered my questions, and did not make me feel pressured about anything. I truly appreciate the care and honesty from everyone in the office. I highly recommend Neibauer.

I had such a great experience with Dr Botros and her staff! I moved and had to drive an hour and a half to see her, but it was well worth it. She basically saved my tooth. The entire team is incredibly trustworthy, and you can really tell they care about their patients. The staff make every visit feel comfortable instead of stressful. I always feel well taken care of and confident in the treatment I receive. Highly recommend!

⸻nnAlways a great experience here! I always see Sasha and her team. She takes her time to explain everything, and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Most importantly, she’s the only hygienist who has never made me flinch during a cleaning lol. The ladies up front are always smiling and helpful. I’ve had a few billing issues in the past, but they were entirely related to my insurance. I recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you for the excellent care.
