It was my first visiting the location and I was very pleased with my experience. From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and the receptionist was very attentive. I spent most of my time with Katie who ended up taking all my X-rays and did my cleaning. She was super sweet and easy to talk to. Made me feel so comfortable from the second I sat on the chair. We even got a couple laughs in throughout my service. I appreciate how detailed her responses were in regards to my concerns. Dr K came in and gave me peace of mind as to what things would look like to get me back on track. Looking fwd to future visits and this location.

I had the most positive experience at North Aurora Lifetime Dentistry. From the staff at the front desk, to the hygienist, and the doctor herself, every single person greeted me warmly and kindly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I'm a very anxious dentist patient and they took the time to explain everything to me, but also made me feel so comfortable and validated. I'm so happy to have finally found a dentist I can trust! My new dental care providers. Very kind and considerate staff that actually listened to me about my concerns unlike my previous care provider. They also had a lot of scheduling offers for people during the afternoons which helped me with planning my next appointment with them. Sticking with them until I move.
