Having lived in busy Los Angeles for 30+ years, I was expecting to have a few day wait for an emergency appointment, but to my surprise, I was able to get in same day. Arrived early as recommended to fill out the new patient paperwork. Receptionist was friendly and made me feel welcome. I was able to get in to the exam room even before the paperwork was completed. The assistant who first met me (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name!) was so personable and friendly. While I expected my visit to be virtually pain free, she still made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Douglass saw me right away and quickly fixed my implant crown with good instruction for it to set. They take insurance and cash/charge payments and the payment process was easy. All around a terrific experience and I look forward to making North Hill Dentistry my permanent dentist office!

Very impressed with my first visit. I was late because I forgot the appt time but they were very understanding. The staff was very professional with the intake process, including X-rays, and such. It felt like I was important to them. The doctor explained things to me that I had not heard before. If you're looking for a very good dentist office, I highly recommend them.

Love that I can just walk here from my house. Used to hate going to the dentist but honestly don't mind it anymore. Sarah the hygienist is so gentle and easy to talk to, makes the whole thing way less stressful. Happy to have a good dentist in the neighborhood.

Deserves 10 stars! I live in the neighborhood and can walk to my appointments and I feel so happy to be able to support a business in my community. I have always been scared of the dentist, but not anymore after going here. My dental hygienist, Sarah, is the absolute best. She is kind, gentle, and personable - she’s the bees knees. Thank you to everyone at this establishment.

Love hygienist Sarah . She is wonderful. I would have preferred to had had the option of which dentist was to check in on me and advise care. I understand that the dentist that I did get vs the one I had preferred needs to do the follow up treatment as they were the one that me in.both dentists were working on the day of my appointment.
