I'm 74 and has seen a lot of different dentist but DDS Richmond is different. This was my first visit and I had an implant post come out. After x-rays and a exam he discussed my issue a told me I didn't have to replace the implant unless I wanted too since they fit snug enough. My dentures was made at a different place who overcharged me and they didn't lind up good. He had lab redo the teeth and I returned a week later to get thenDentures and Richmond looked how they fit and aligned. He didn't like the alignment so he sent them back to the lab for adjustment. He is very precise in his job not like any other dentistnDr Richmond is not there just for the money but take best care of his patients.nn.n.

I had a pleasant experience with the hygienist and the doctor.nThe hygienist was very patience and explained every steps.nMr. Terry was cool and humble person.nI felt great after the cleaning and the visit.

We absolutely love everyone in this office. Myself, my husband and our 7 year old daughter always have a great experience and I’ll recommend them to anyone & everyone. They’re honest, not money-hungry, don’t bash other local dental companies, and are full of integrity. Go here. You won’t be disappointed!!

Over the last few years, we’ve tried several different dentists in Pensacola. We have found our dentist. Exceptional customer service from everyone in the office as well as Dr Richmond. Highly recommend!
