I’m a new patient and had my first visit yesterday. Everything about the experience was very pleasant. The office is clean and welcoming, the front desk staff were friendly, and my dental hygienist, Alexis, was outstanding. I’ve never had an issue with past offices, but she truly stood out—she was highly professional, thorough, and super friendly. She clearly explained every step of the cleaning and X-rays, as well as what she planned to do next, with impressive attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Her educational approach was so reassuring that any questions I might’ve had were answered before I even asked so huge shoutout to her. The dentist himself was also very respectful and helpful. Overall, this place is great!

Dr.Roy Little is the best dentist, hands down anywhere! Ive had, sadly a good bit of work done here and there and at several offices around the SC map. No one holds a candle to his care(teeth are beautiful after he fixes), compassion and work! His staff are always so nice and take care of me right away. They have later hours which is a plus. I use to live 60 seconds from the PI office, but moved to NMB area and will travel over an hour just to continue to have Dr Little take care of me. If you are on the fence with becoming a patient, I give my 100% stamp of approval. BEST dental care and office staff around!!!

The staff are friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with each of the various staff I interacted with from the front desk to the dentist...it didn't feel clinical, but rather it was personable. My hygienist took the time to explain everything. I recently had to get a cavity filled, and the dentist was quick and efficient. I didn't experience a lot of after-pain considering how much he needed to do on the tooth. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I’ve had many cleanings in my lifetime, but I have to say….. this one ….. over the top! She was extremely caring, worried about if she was hurting me, was telling me everything she was about to do so there were no surprises. She was very gentle. Some I’ve had in the past, tear you up! I left there feeling like I had a brand new set of teeth. I highly recommend Palmetto Coast Dental. Everyone there is so helpful and kind. They even just added tv’s for every dental office that you can watch while they’re working on you so you’re not so focused on what’s going on in your mouth. It makes the time so much more relaxing.nGive them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
