Everyone in the office is very sweet and kind. Dr. J is wonderful. He listens to what you have to say and respond in a way that you understand. He has been very generous and helpful to me.

They are very personable and had me checked In immediately.nnBailey, the dental assistant, was absolutely fantastic—kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the visit. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and explained what was happening, which really helped put me at ease. She was a tad heavy handed but a joy to work with nonetheless!nnDr. Serrao is an outstanding dentist—professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. She took the time to explain my treatment options clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. She worked me in same day for an extraction that went very smooth and saved me a lot of stress and pain!nnThe office itself is spotless, modern, and calming, which makes a huge difference if you’re someone who normally feels anxious about dental visits. Staff is so nice! The dentist I seen was amazing! She took the time to answer questions and explain everything to me. My hygienist was wonderful and did an awesome job! Highly recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist! :)

I love the dentist!!! Dr Serrao is the most pleasant DMD ive ever encountered. I have bad anxiety with dentists, and a bad experience with past dentist causing dental PTSD. And she makes you feel so comfortable, talks to you as a person not just a patient. She truly cares about your teeth, and feelings. If you know anyone who is scared to death of dentists I would say try Dr Serrao!!! And the staff are so nice as well. Im so glad I found this office!!! 5+ stars in my book!!!
