I had to find a new dental office because my insurance plan had changed. I could no longer go to my prior dentist because and the new insurance plan they were not in network. I called Parkway Dental because I read reviews on them and they were in my new network. I needed to get a temporary filling removed and a new one put in. They were able to get me in within three days and And replace the filling. Everyone in the office was friendly and the filling was taken care of very quickly. I’m very happy with the service and I will continue going to this dental.

While it took a little while to get an appointment, I highly recommend Parkway Dental Care. I recently had my first visit to establish new care and can honestly say it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone was extremely kind and professional from the moment I arrived. My hygienist Emily provided exceptional care and attention to detail, and Dr. Crayton's kindness and communication were great. Our family will definitely be returning.

Having had one of the best dentists in Texas, the bar was set high — but Dr. Chari Fletcher Crayton exceeded my expectations. The team was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. Dr. Crayton was kind, attentive, and has such a great bedside manner — she truly makes you feel heard and never rushed. And Lauren, the hygienist, is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly, from phone call with the admin who verified my insurance (when other practices had not taken the correct steps to do so) to the very personable X-ray tech and front desk admin to the dentist. The hygienist was very professional, gentle, and kind, and Dr. Crayton made me feel at ease. This was my first visit and I’m so pleased that I found this practice!

Had 4 root canals done at once and somehow they helped make it fun. Dr Paz and her asst make you feel at ease. Even laughed a few times at their conversation. And best of all, I'm healing nicely here the next day. Everything was a success.
