This was my first visit to Penfield Dental as a new patient. Having moved away from my longtime family dentist, I was very nervous to try a new office. The receptionist was so kind when I called to book the initial appointment, and she was all smiles when I finally came in person. The new patient exam is hands-down the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever experienced. Davis was my hygienist, and she is exceptional at what she does. Her passion for her work was palpable throughout the entire exam. Davis was extremely proficient with all of the technology used, and she explained every step she was taking. I felt very comfortable, and by the time I left, they had my full trust. Dr. Hashemi was very nice, and it seems like she’s fostered a fun and friendly environment for the hygienists. They were all kind to each other and willing to help each other out, which was really cool to see. I daresay, I am looking forward to my next cleaning in six months. Keep up the good work, guys!

Had my first appointment as a new patient and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Admittedly, I had not kept up with regular dental visits to my old dentist, so I was a bit anxious going in as a new patient behind on my care-- they did a wonderful job keeping me at ease throughout the initial visit. Julie was fantastic at explaining every detail of my check-up/cleaning, and has my teeth looking/feeling the best they have in a while; Dr. Jay also level-set my dental health path going forward during his review. Overall, very happy not only with this appointment, but to have any potential anxiety about future dental visits already gone.

My wife and I have been going to Penfield Dental Care for I think the last 10 or so years. We have been extremely happy with the quality of service and care provided to us over the years. The staff are amazing, incredibly helpful , personable, polite, helpful, informative and they have been so good to work with that we actually look forward to going to the dentist.nnWell There's a new staff in town at Penfield Dental Care , and I would have to say so far the transition from Dr. Ciccone and his staff to Dr.J and his staff has been seamless.nnIn fairness we all get to Keep Linda who was there before the transition and I suspect has a lot to do with the staff being just as wonderful and friendly, and attentive, as always.nnI am not an employee of Penfield Dental Care and I cant speak from working experience however as a patient its been my perspective Linda has gone far above and beyond over the years making sure everyone is on the same page, the customers are satisfied and scheduled with visits as well as the staff.nnShe is one of those people that has a uplifting effect on the office, and you can see it in her interactions both with patients and staff.nnThe new staff are also wonderful, I'm a bit slow and they are really good about making sure I understand what the next steps are.nnSo far the only complaint I have, I didn't find Penfield Dental care sooner :) I would have loved these guys/gals in my youth too.nnThank younnAnd to all the former staff, Dr. C as well. Thank you for the years TOP QUALITY service, and for always making our visits pleasurable .nnLastly, My only allergy is mean people, and I've never had an issue with anyone at Penfield Dental care :)
