Wow! What an amazing team.... I turned up without an appointment (I'm not even a patient) with an emergency and they totally looked after me. They were having a busy day but asked if I could wait and they would see me. Less than two hours later I was on my way home with my emergency having been dealt with. Superb.nnThe staff, level of customer service, cleanliness of the facility and the overall price was fantastic. Needless to say, I won't be returning to my old dentist and I have booked a check up at Pioneer for later this year.nnBy the way, Ariel is the man!nnThanks guys.

I called around 30 dental practices in the B'ville area to try and get emergency work done. Pioneer was the only one that made an effort to help me. Super-friendly staff gave me all of my options and helped me get set up for a payment plan.nWill definitely return to and wholeheartedly recommend.

I had a root canal by Dr Vivian a week and an half ago. Anxious doesn’t begin to describe how I felt beforehand knowing the horror stories of root canals. I went in and it was AMAZING. Yes it’s crazy, I actually ENJOYED my root canal experience. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and I didn’t feel an ounce of it. I was very relaxed, numb, and could tell he knew what he was doing. His attitude alone made the environment much more comfortable and light. He did great explaining everything and it was great seeing his work after on the X-ray to know how it went and looked after to a T. I’ve had zero issues and I’m so relieved as this tooth previously caused me so much pain and anxiety. The receptionists are super bright and welcoming as well. They’re always super cheerful, friendly, and were always smiling. Such a great group of people who do wonderful work in every way. I recommend any dental work needed, to definitely come here. Insurance wise, I don’t have insurance but they’re great breaking down the costs and being thorough in what’s owed & also do payment plans if needed.

I love the people that work there. They are so nice and polite. They and Doctor Vivian all make you feel at home when you visit them. They do a great job with my teeth and I would highly recommend them
