Wow! What an amazing team.... I turned up without an appointment (I'm not even a patient) with an emergency and they totally looked after me. They were having a busy day but asked if I could wait and they would see me. Less than two hours later I was on my way home with my emergency having been dealt with. Superb.nnThe staff, level of customer service, cleanliness of the facility and the overall price was fantastic. Needless to say, I won't be returning to my old dentist and I have booked a check up at Pioneer for later this year.nnBy the way, Ariel is the man!nnThanks guys.

I called around 30 dental practices in the B'ville area to try and get emergency work done. Pioneer was the only one that made an effort to help me. Super-friendly staff gave me all of my options and helped me get set up for a payment plan.nWill definitely return to and wholeheartedly recommend.

My experience was very pleasant. All the employees were very friendly, courteous and made me feel welcome. The hygienist was very gentle and very friendly. I could hardly feel it when she was cleaning my teeth and she did a very good job. I enjoyed my first visit there.

This has been the best dental practice I have been to. They do Invisalign and implants. Dr Vivian is a great guy and really explains everything. I got Invisalign and working on some implants. The staff is awesome always so friendly and make everyone laugh and smile.
