Excellent experience! The staff were all friendly and caring, which has been a difficult find with recent other office visits in the area. My wife and I both discovered this office “accidentally” after receiving a consultation for Invisalign and requesting nearby offices with immediate availability, and I’m glad that we did!nnThis office has really great availability to fit your schedule, which has been a major downfall of other practices in the area. The dentist I had been seeing for a couple of years now was impossible to get any appointments within the near future, and they quoted us months out just for a cleaning. This dental office is the opposite, we went in for the Invisalign consult and left with a cleaning scheduled for the both of us 2 days later. This is crucial to our busy schedules to find healthcare providers with greater availability and flexibility.nnEveryone at this location was fantastic, and wait times were low with an evident priority to not waste our day inside of an office waiting. Holly the office manager was brilliant, she was extremely kind and patient with all of our questions; Dr. Beeler was as well! I definitely welcomed the upbeat and friendly atmosphere that they have, as compared to the long waits and rudeness of my 2 previous offices.

I went into my first appointment knowing I would need to have some work done. They broke it all down for me, and planned a course of treatment. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, I got through it with a minimum of nerves. The entire staff is truly kind!

We had such a positive experience at our visit this week. My child has sensory sensitivities, so appointments can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the entire team was so patient, gentle, and genuinely understanding. They never rushed him and took the time to explain what they were doing, which helped him feel calm and safe. I cannot say enough about the office staff. They were exceptionally friendly from the time I set up the appointment on the phone to moment we walked out the door after our appointments.

Thy are so friendly and knowledgeable! They accommodated me right away and then scheduled my procedure the next morning, very appreciative as I was on a tight timeline. They'll make you feel comfortable.

My mom and I started coming here about a year or 2 ago, everyone at Prestwick is so kind! They also make sure to get you the best care possible. 10/10 would recommend!
